焼き鳥 陀らく

Contact and feeding

We would like to teach the Japanese soul through yakitori, and lead those customers who eat here to a special time into the future.

Chickens have been one of the oldest form of livestock bred for “eating” in Japan and have evolved in a way rarely seen in the world, resulting from the wisdom and knowledge of our predecessors. Not only the chicken itself, but the history also gently enters the body when eaten.

Since chickens are small creatures with small parts, it is hard to simply express different tastes and textures, but we have worked out ways to express them all in one skewer, so you can enjoy different flavors and textures from the first bite throughout the last.

The annex is a place to believe in what it means to eat, and to dine on the history of yakitori.

The main hall is a place to feel grateful for the natural behavior of eating, and a place to come in contact with, and question yakitori of the past.

Two polar worlds, each with chefs who perform yakitori differently.

We would be very pleased to have you soak into the fusion of “eat x touch x feel” that we offer.

YAKITORI SPACE

The main hall – Underground

Charcoal. A fuel which we believe to be the strongest, yet the hardest to control.
We control how the yakitori are grilled by making the heat of the charcoal explosively hot,
and then concentrating on putting new life into the chicken.

In the main hall we focus on the future style of yakitori,
and face ingredients strictly, to offer dining and environment to our customers.

The annex – 2nd. floor

We serve classic style yakitori ,
made by controlling the heat from both the charcoal and the smoke,
to create a strong charcoal scent and flavor when put in the mouth.
Please feel the origin of “Yakitori Daraku” here.
